What is Myotherapy? Myotherapy means treatment to muscles, which was created and developed by the fitness expert Bonnie Prudden. Beginning in 1976, her research led her to develop a two part technique to relieve pain of muscular origin and restore muscle function. First, gentle pressure is applied in patterns to release trigger points. Second, as the muscles relax they are carefully stretched and therapeutic corrective exersises are given to regain muscle strength, flexibility and range of motion. Don't be fooled by those who claim to be Myotherapists unless they have been trained and certified by Bonnie Prudden. They do not possess the technique that has shown incredible results for more than 30 years. LearnMore! |
